As a "lazy" person, I am always looking for easy recipes to make on weekdays or to meal prep over the weekend. Although I enjoy cooking, I try to avoid spending too much time preparing a dish but finishing it within 1o minutes. Therefore, I want something quick to make but wouldn't take me 20 minutes to do the dishes afterward.


This recipe checks all the boxes for me. While preparing the farro, I can put together the sheet pan. More importantly, I only use one pot and one sheet pan. It takes me 5 minutes to do the dishes. The only change I made was to add more baby spinach.
