Everyone loves pasta, me included. Making pasta is always a pleasure for me. I have so many reasons to enjoy making pasta - simple ingredients, short preparation, easy to cook, and most importantly, no need for numerous cookwares. Washing dishes afterward is a pain (iykyk). Because of these reasons, pasta becomes a regular meal I make on weekdays. Normally, I would go with making simple spaghetti. However, I spotted this recipe while browsing through recipes on NYT Cooking. This recipe combines two of my favorite things: pasta and tuna. So, why not give it a try?


I followed the exact steps in the original recipe except I didn't use anchovies. The final dish turned out GREAT. Overall, it was a quick and delicious meal to cook, especially when you're busy.
